NSA “Sonic-Wave” Weapon Use In Baltimore Horrifies Russia

NSA “Sonic-Wave”

NSA “Sonic-Wave”

The Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) states in a new report today that they were “horrified” over the use by the United States National Security Agency (NSA) of a powerful mass-psychology weapon against unsuspecting American citizens yesterday in Baltimore, Maryland, which caused these people, who were mostly school children, to erupt in a crazed frenzy of rioting, burning and looting.

According to this report, the SVR was first alerted Sunday morning by signal intelligence analysts operating from the Federations Embassy in Washington D.C. that the NSA was in the process of completing their “final preparations” for a “mass event” believed to be scheduled for Monday, 27 April, in or around Baltimore.

Raising the concerns of the SVR even more of what the NSA was planning, this report continues, were the presence of US Special Forces “provocateurs” within the crowds of Baltimore protectors Saturday evening agitating them towards violence.

The presence of these US Special Forces “provocateurs” were noticed and commented on too by the former highly decorated New York City Police Detective Bo Dietl, who when being interviewed by the Fox News Service about the unrest in Baltimore stated about them: “And I saw — it’s just funny to see — these white guys, six-foot tall white guys with bandanas over their faces. They’re trying to hide their faces, what are they doing there?”

As to why, indeed, these US military “provocateurs” were in Baltimore, this report notes, became apparent yesterday when over 85 NSA controlled Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) weapon vehicles left their main base at Fort Meade, Maryland, and began encircling this city.

The LRAD vehicles deployed by the NSA around Baltimore yesterday, this report further explains, is a sonic weapon developed to send messages, warnings, and harmful, pain-inducing tones over longer distances than normal loudspeakers. LRAD systems have been used to counter piracy, as non-lethal crowd control weapons, and as communication devices too.

Making these particular LRAD weapon vehicles deployed by the NSA around Baltimore even more dangerous, SVR analyst in this report say, was their “electronic signature” showing that they were equipped with a new technology developed by Raytheon in 2011 that produces a low-frequency sound which resonates with the respiratory tract, making it hard to breathe. According to Raytheon’s patent, the intensity of this sonic weapon could be increased from causing discomfort to the point where targets become “temporarily incapacitated”.

Even more insidiously, this report says, were that these LRAD weapon vehicles were also supported by Raytheon acoustic police shields that operate in what is called a “cohort mode” in which many shields are wirelessly networked so their output covers a wide area, like Roman legionaries locking their shields together. One shield acts as a master which controls the others, so that the acoustic beams combine effectively.

When the “target area” of Baltimore intended for this combined LRAD-sonic police shield “test” was surrounded by NSA-US military forces yesterday, this report grimly notes, all that remained was to insert the “test subjects” into this “electronic grid of madness”…who in this particular case happened to be school children.

Eerily, SVR intelligence analysts note in this report, Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, this past weekend, gave notice of her knowledge of what was going to occur during this NSA “test” when she told reporters that her police officers were instructed to allow protestors to express themselves and that “we also gave those who wished to destroy space to do that as well.”

As to the exact mechanics of this horrific NSA “test” on Baltimore school children yesterday, this report continues, once the “target area” was encircled by LRAD-police shield sonic weapons, a mass NSA initiated text was sent to all of these school students via social media about a “purge” to take place at 3 p.m. when their school day ended, starting at Mondawmin Mall and ending downtown. Such memes have been known to circulate regularly among city school students, based on the film “The Purge,” about what would happen if all laws were suspended.

And in order to ensure that all of these “test subjects” were kept in the “target area”, this SVR report says, once these students received the NSA text “purge” message and left their schools, all of the public transportation systems they relied on to get home were shut down.

To the psychological effect of these school children being surrounded by these NSA sonic weapons and not allowed to go home, this report notes, was sadly predictable as all past examples in history have shown that these situations breed mass psychosis leading to extreme violence.

As to why the NSA would conduct such a horrific “test” upon school children this SVR report notes several possibilities…the most probable being, they say, that what happened in Baltimore yesterday is associated with the massive unconventional war exercise being planned for the United States by the Obama regime called Jade Helm that many Americans believe is a prelude to the instituting of martial law.

And to if the Obama regime is, in fact, planning to institute martial law in America, this report notes, SVR intelligence officials think it is more likely than not.

The reason(s) for them believing this is so, interestingly, is not the NSA “test” in Baltimore, but rather a series of “embedded” subliminal messages beginning to show up on American television the past few weeks…including a new American Association for Retired Persons (AARP) commercial where in the background a public service announcement news report about “riots nationwide” and a declaration of martial law by government emergency services barely audibly says:

“Riots nationwide have prompted local governments to declare martial law.

The President is asking that citizens find safety and remain calm.

Authorities are working to contain the outbreak.”

South African women narrate discrimination they face for marrying Igbo men

South African women married to Igbo Biafra men have narrated the discrimination they face for marrying men outside their country. Seeing the disaffection their kinsmen show them after finding love in the hands of Igbo Biafran men, the women decided to form an association, the United Nigerian Wives in South Africa (UNWISA) club about two years ago where they give support and succor to each other.

42 year old Lindwela Uche who serves as the chairwoman of the group told AFP that they saw the xenophobic attacks coming and alerted their husbands but they did not take their warning seriously “We saw this thing coming and that’s why we formed this association. If only they (the authorities) had listened to us… they would have known that there’s a fire burning slowly and they would have seen how to tackle it.”she said

One of the members of the association,“Lufunu Orji who is married to an igbo resource consultant, Ogbonnaya Orji, says being married to a foreigner is very challenging

“Being married to a foreigner is very challenging. You often spend your time defending yourself and then you defend your foreign husband for being himself. Just before I got wed to my husband, I lost two very best friends of mine. They thought I was out of my mind” she said

Another member of the group who gave her name as Uche, said her 13-year-old daughter returned from school a while ago, complaining that her teacher had told her “not to bring that Nigerian mentality here” after she and classmates were noisy in class.

“We need to be protected, we need our children to be protected… and our husbands to be treated with dignity,” Uche said

37 year old Thelma Okoro, says the attitude towards them “are negative everywhere we go,”. According to her, wearing traditional Igbo dress on the street can attract bad comments. She spoke of how her eight-year-old daughter gets mocked by schoolmates over her nameHebrew igbo name  “Ngozi” which means “blessing” in Igbo but literally translates to “danger” in Zulu.

The Columbia University Dr. King’s historic position on the Israeli-Arab conflict.

The Columbia University Black Students’ Organization issued a statement criticizing the Aryeh: Columbia Students Association for Israel (LionPAC)’s use of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s support of Israel, stating that LionPAC used Dr. King’s words, “in favor of their Zionist views.” Columbia’s Black Students’ Organization (BSO) asserted that quoting Dr. King in his solidarity for Israel was a “co-optation of [the] Black liberation struggle for the purposes of genocide and oppression”, and declared their, “unequivocal support of Columbia Students for Justice in Palestine, Jewish Voice for Peace – Columbia/Barnard Chapter, and the people of Palestine in their fight for freedom from Israeli apartheid.”

Columbia University BSO is not only wrong to condemn LionPAC for its appropriate use of Dr. King’s words proving unwavering support for the Jewish State, it is they that are on the wrong side of the issue. They are woefully unaware of the fact that Dr. King, Mrs. Coretta Scott King, Dr. Martin Luther King Sr., Bayard Rustin, A. Philip Randolph, Ralph Abernathy along with many other leaders in the Black struggle for justice stood on the side of Israel. (They also advocated for a free Arab Palestinian people who are being oppressed daily by their own leaders). These civil rights legends were also condemned by the militant Black movement that Columbia’s BSO is attempting to emulate, giving further evidence of the BSO’s lack of knowledge of this subject.

So, Dumisani Washington and his colleague David S. Walker (National Director of CUFI On Campus)  will visit Columbia University in the City of New York this Today being Thursday April 30 at 8:00PM (Pupin 214).

Rev Dumisani Washington will lecture on Dr. King’s historic position on the Israeli-Arab conflict, false claims of Israeli occupation (which started in the 1960s), Palestinian human rights, BASIC – Black Americans to Support Israel Committee of 1975, the Black anti-Zionist fringe (which has been fringe for 50+ years), the historic Israel-Africa relationship and much more.

If you’re in the area, please attained the program and support CUFI and Zion. Mr Dumisani Washington love to dialogue with bright young minds.

Commuters have been enduring chaotic rail journeys after an electrical supply problem brought “total meltdown” to London trains.

Passengers in the capital suffered severe disruption amid emergency engineering works because of a fault between Wandsworth and Clapham Junction on Thursday morning.

Witnesses reported “absolute chaos” as people fought each other to get on trains, with some even said to have fallen between the platform gap.

Passengers on about 10 trains, some without power, were stuck outside Clapham Junction for several hours. At about 10am, officials began an evacuation to waiting buses.

Disruption was earlier said to be likely to continue until at mid-morning, but it was later announced that disruption is set to last until the end of the day.

Southern said the problem was causing delays of up to an hour between Balham and London Victoria. Gatwick Express services were also halted.

Commuters took to Twitter to express their frustration.

New heritage foundation for the Lembas

lhf.jpgThe event was held at Bhuba Lodge near Elim a fortnight ago.

According to prof Takalani Madima, the foundation comprises 12 clans, who are the Bhuba, Hamisi (Hamese), Seremane (Seremani), Sarefu, Sadiki (Sathekge), Ngavi (Zungunde, Dumah), Thobakgale (Thovhakale), Mange, Bakali, Hadzhii, Mhani, and Tshinyaladzi.

He indicated that, when they questioned the “lack of transparency and accountability” in the LCA, they were instantly and “[derogatorily] dubbed the Group of 24. “Our being Lembas was also brought into question,” said Madima. “There was some suggestion and innuendo that we were not Lembas. To what end, we have still not been able to fathom.”

Madima emphasised that the formation of the Lemba Heritage Foundation was fully legitimate. “Organisations are founded or formed for a variety of reasons,” he said. “The founding of the Lemba Heritage Foundation has the support of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, which makes provision for freedom of association and assembly of like-minded individuals pursuing a common purpose.”

He further said that there are without a doubt many more such organisations that cater for the interests of the Jewish people in South Africa. “All of them exist in harmony and mutual respect, despite the tensions, real or imagined, that might exist between them,” he said. “I accept that, as Lembas, we are not a homogeneous people. We have different spiritual and physical needs and wants. It is almost impossible for one organisation to cater for all of our needs and wants.”

According to Madima, the true history of the organisation of the Lemba people in South Africa is still to be accurately captured. “In that narrative, the role played by the Lemba Cultural Association will feature prominently,” he addressed members of the LHF. “It is incumbent upon you, and all of us, to write that narrative. If we do not, others will do it for us. All we shall be capable of doing will be to complain that the hunter is writing the narrative of the hunted.”

LHF’s cordinator, Mr Gabriel Malaka, said that the organisation’s programmes were designed to return the Lemba to the laws and traditions of Judaism after 4000 years of isolation. “We are eager to reconnect and expand our knowledge, study our history and adopt the customs and ways of the Torah and implement these into our daily rituals and lives in intention, thought and action,” Malaka said.

Mr Advocate Mfandaedza and Mrs Hilda Mfandaedza from Zimbabwe said they were happy to witnesss the emergence of such an instrumental organisation in the Lemba history. “I am glad to have attended the occasion and to be part of the foundation,” said Mr Mfandedza.

Graphic photo: See an African attacked by South Africans recently

Africans, including Nigerians have been attacked and many killed in different cities in South Africa in the last week or so. They are being slaughtered by Zulus who say Africans immigrants are taking their jobs. Many Nigerians who live and study in South Africa have taken to their Facebook pages sending out messages, letting people know what’s happening to them. See a pic of one severely injured African who was also attacked. Can’t confirm if he’s Nigeria. *Warning – Graphic photo*

Vine Experiments With Expanded Storytelling At Coachella

Vine Experiments With Expanded Storytelling At Coachella
different way. Instead of opening it up to the masses of content about Coachella, they focused on a narrative created by two highly popular Vine users, Devon and Cody.

With this playlist, which isn’t the first temporary ‘channel’ the company has created but is the first dedicated to specific individual users, Vine is venturing further into the world of a longer narrative.

“People continue to turn to Vine everyday to be entertained — through moments, stories and ideas,” said a Vine spokesperson. “We want to provide experiences that make this easier, and we’re constantly exploring new ways to do that. Experiments like this channel are one example, helping tell stories on an even bigger scale.”
As it stands now, most Vines are their own complete story. They aren’t threaded together with other Vines or curated together into various playlists. They stand on their own.

But users are finding their own ways of broadening the narrative of a single Vine, whether it be through introducing their own general theme to their profile, Re-Vining a collection of similar Vines from other users into their own feed, or even posting their story in reverse-chronological order so that it works properly with the Vine feed, which shows most recent posts first.

Vine has also toyed with the idea of a Playlist before, in the form of temporary channels aggregating content from events like New Years Eve and the Super Bowl. Just like permanent channels, temporary channels separated all the content related to those events into Popular and Recent categories. Devon and Cody’s Coachella Playlist is very different, taking a highly curated approach to letting users experience an event from two experienced, popular Vine users.

Snapchat, a social network that tangentially competes with Vine, has long offered a feature called Stories, which give users the opportunity to thread together various snaps into a kind of living, ephemeral timeline. While users have generally used them to show tidbits from their day (Story content lasts for 24 hours), brands and artists have taken to Snapchat Stories in more creative ways, building out longer form content.

That has then translated into Snapchat’s new Discover feature, which essentially uses a series of Snaps, complete with video, imagery, and text, to tell a larger story from the viewpoint of a publisher, such as USA Today or Cosmopolitan.

Vine obviously hasn’t taken the idea beyond a few past events and Devon and Cody’s great Coachella adventure, but it wouldn’t be surprising to see the network soon offer tools for collecting or curating Vines together to tell a larger story. While restraint is part of what makes the Vine experience so compelling, it’s also difficult to fit an entire story into six seconds.

You can watch Cody and Devon at Coachella in TV mode (one automatically after the other) right here.

SHOCK VIDEO: POLICE PUNCH, KICK MAN OVER 50 TIMES AFTER HE SURRENDERS

Cops refuse to tell girlfriend condition of 30-year-old Jared Pusok

Yet another shocking example of police brutality has emerged with a video showing San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies beating and kicking a man more than 50 times after he had already surrendered following a chase through rough terrain.

The clip shows 30-year-old Francis Jared Pusok frantically attempting to flee pursuing cops on horseback through the Deep Creek area of Apple Valley yesterday afternoon.

When the horse is spooked by a police helicopter, Pusok falls off before he is approached by an officer who tases him. Pusok is face down in the dirt and obviously not resisting, but another cop arrives on the scene and immediately begins violently kicking and punching Pusok in the head. The other officer also appears to pistol whip Pusok with the taser.

Seven other officers then arrive, some of whom also begin kicking and beating Pusok while he lay prostrate.

“In the two minutes after the man was stunned with a Taser, it appeared deputies kicked him 17 times, punched him 37 times and struck him with batons four times. Thirteen blows appeared to be to the head,”reports NBC Los Angeles.

“The man did not appear to move from his position lying on the ground for more than 45 minutes. He did not appear to receive medical attention while deputies stood around him during that time.”

Pusok’s girlfriend, Jolene Bindner, said authorities refused to tell her which hospital he had been taken to or his condition.

“They have not told me a thing,” she said. “How can you be tased and still feel it’s necessary to beat him like that? I don’t understand.”

An internal investigation has been launched into the incident, with San Bernardino County Sheriff John McMahon claiming that the suspect struggled with the officers at the start of the confrontation, an assertion which the video evidence does not back up.

The chase began when deputies attempted to serve a search warrant at Pusok’s home, before he escaped in a vehicle and led cops on a pursuit through unincorporated Apple Valley, the town of Apple Valley and unincorporated Hesperia.

Pusok abandoned the vehicle before taking off on foot and subsequently stealing a horse.

Footage of the incident emerges just three days after another video which showed Walter Scott being shot in the back eight times by officer Michael Slager in North Charleston as he attempted to flee.
